At the Korg Italy Webstore you can purchase software expansions for your Korg keyboard. To buy an expansion you should follow these steps:

1 - Registration
To buy a software expansion from Korg Italy Webstore you should register your data.
Clicking on "Register" button from the Login page.
It is necessary to accept the privacy terms to complete the registration.
All fields are obligatory except for your telephone numbers.
After completing all the fields you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration (account activation).


2 - Account Activation
You can click on the link in the message to activate your account.
If your mail client software does not support this feature you can copy the link and paste it in your browser.
In order to comply with Italian legislation and protect your privacy, the Webstore will not recognise you until you have activated the account.
Now you can enter the Webstore.


3 - How To Buy
Within the Webstore you can verify your personal account. You may change your password and other fields by clicking the "Change my data" link.
Before buying a software expansion you will be asked to acknowledge that you cannot de-install or return for refund this expansion and that you have tried the option in demo mode on your keyboard to be sure of your purchase.
To proceed and buy the expansion, please enter the "Purchase Code" in the last field of the page.
If the purchase details have been entered correctly and this purchase code has never been used previously you will see your order summary and can then proceed.
After purchase, you will receive an "Activation Key", and will be able to authorize your keyboard.
Note: the purchase code applies only to the keyboard that generates it. Each keyboard has its own unique purchase code.
The activation code sent will only work for the keyboard with the matching purchase code.


4 - VAT Application
Italian customers (20% VAT included)
European single customers (20% VAT included)
European customers with valid VAT number (no VAT application)
Extra European customers (no VAT application).


5 - Purchase Code
How to get the 'Purchase Code'.
1) Switch on your KORG Pa1X Pro/Pa1X.
2) Press the 'Global' button on the front panel.
3) Select 'Voice Processor Preset' from the menu.
4) Make sure the 'Preset' tab is selected.
5) Press the red 'Buy Info' button.



6) Copy the 'Purchase Code' to a sheet of paper.



7) Press 'Cancel'.
8) Purchase from the Webstore or from your local Korg Distributor.


6 - Payment
If your selection is correct you can choose the payment method: Bank transfer or Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted).
If your choice is "Bank transfer" you will receive an email with all the information to make the international bank transfer from your bank.

For Credit Card payment you will enter in a secure server to finalize your purchase. After payment in 3-4 working days you will receive the 'Activation Key' via e-mail (or as soon as your order has been processed and payment approved). A paper copy of the 'Activation Key' and the invoice will be mailed to you via ordinary mail.

Refunds: Purchasing the TC Helicon Pitch Correction and Voice Modelling Expansion cannot be reversed. All Pa1X and Pa1X Pro with OS 1.5 and above ship with this Expansion working in demo mode (fully functioning but with regular audio interruptions). This is so you can test these Expansions and be sure that they perform as advertised, that they are right for you and that when you purchase and install the Expansion you do so fully aware of the Expansions operations. If you have not tested the Expansion in demo mode, please do not proceed any further, but instead please try the Expansion out first. There are no refunds for this Expansion once the purchase is made, even if you have not installed it. Once installed, there is no de-installing process and no refunds will be made for this Expansion under any circumstances.


7 - Activation Key
After receiving the Activation Key, please follow these steps:
1) Switch on your KORG Pa1X Pro/Pa1X.
2) Press the 'Global' button on the front panel.
3) Select 'Voice Processor Preset' from the menu.
4) Make sure the 'Preset' tab is selected.
5) Press the red 'Buy Info' button.
6) Type the received code in the 'Activation Key' field.
7) Press 'OK'. A confirmation message will appear.
